Abstract:
Disclosed are an ink distributor and a printing machine comprising the ink distributor. The ink distributor comprises a box body (1) and several independently controlled electromagnetic valves (2). At least one cavity (11) for storing ink, and box body ink inlets (12) and box body ink outlets (13) in communication with corresponding cavities are provided inside the box body. The number of electromagnetic valves is equal to that of the box body ink outlets, and ink inlets of the electromagnetic valves are in communication with the corresponding box body ink outlets. The ink distributor can enable more even ink distribution among spray heads, thus improving the printing quality; can clear each of the spray heads individually by applying pressure to the ink, which facilitates a reduction in ink consumption; and can heat the ink to prevent a reduction in the flow ability thereof due to the influence of the ambient temperature. The ink distributor has a simple structure and is convenient to install.
