Abstract:
Disclosed is an ink drying apparatus equipped with a drying oven (12) within which a substrate (21) having a polyimide solution applied thereupon is disposed, fans (41) that are disposed above the substrate (21) and deliver air into the drying oven (12), and a perforated sheet (51) that is provided within the drying oven (12) and disposed between the substrate (21) and the fans (41). The perforated sheet (51) is provided in a manner such that air can be supplied to the peripheral areas (61) of the substrate (21) as seen in plan view. As a result of this configuration, the ink drying apparatus is able to realize uniform ink drying while successfully preserving the outer environment surrounding the apparatus.
