Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a high-gloss printed article in which decreases in the glossiness of the printed article that are caused by irregularities occurring in the surface of an ink layer that has landed on a recording medium are prevented. To solve the problem, a solvent and binder resin particles that are dispersed or suspended in the solvent are included in an ink for inkjet printing, and the binder resin particles comprise flat particles (1) that have an elliptical shape in at least one cross-section thereof.
