Abstract:
Provided is an ink jet head that ejects ink jet ink, the ink jet head comprising: a piezoelectric body layer made of a thin film; and a vibration plate, wherein the absolute value of the product of a piezoelectric constant d31 of the piezoelectric body layer and the Young's modulus of the piezoelectric body layer is 10 [C/m2] or more and 15 [C/m2] or less. Even when ejecting ink having a high degree of viscosity, the ink jet head can suppress the occurrence of fluctuations in a driving voltage during the ejection.
