Abstract:
A head 5 having: a flow-channel member 23 that has a nozzle 33 and a pressurizing chamber 35 communicated with the nozzle 33, the pressurizing chamber 35 being positioned on a side opposite the side in which the nozzle 33 opens; a piezoelectric actuator circuit board 25 overlapping the flow-channel member 23 so as to cover the pressurizing chamber 35; and an FPC 27 facing the piezoelectric actuator circuit board 25 from a side opposite the flow-channel member 23. The piezoelectric actuator circuit board 25 has a piezoelectric substance 45 exposed toward the FPC 27. The piezoelectric substance 45 has a through-hole 45h that opens toward the FPC 27, and also has, at the edge of the through-hole 45h, a protrusion 45p that protrudes toward the FPC 27.
