Abstract:
Provided is an ink-jet printer with which it is possible to minimize color blurring and color irregularities on a recording medium. The ink-jet printer (10) is equipped with a mixed ink head which discharges ink, that has been premixed into desired colors, onto the recording medium (2). A first mixed ink head (11) discharges the mixed ink in such a manner that ink droplets overlap with adjoining ink droplets. The mixed ink is prepared in such a manner that the concentration thereof corresponds to the amount of overlap of ink droplets.
