Abstract:
Provided is an ink-jet printing ink for an organic EL element. When ejected, the ink can form droplets without ligaments, while when adheres to a substrate, the ink can well wet a substrate and spread thereon. The ink-jet printing ink comprises water, a surfactant, and a water-soluble high-molecular material, and exhibits a static surface tension of 40mN/m or below, and a dynamic surface tension of 55mN/m or above at 100Hz as determined by a maximum bubble pressure method.
