Abstract:
An ink jet recording head for injecting ink by vibrating a diaphragm, installed as a wall part of a pressure chamber, using an ink injection energy generating part, its manufacturing method, and a printer device, the ink jet recording head comprising a main body part which is installed in correspondence with ink injecting nozzles and in which a plurality of pressure chambers (ink chambers) are formed, the diaphragm constituting a wall surface of the pressure chamber by being arranged in the main body part, and an energy generating part which is disposed on the diaphragm at a position corresponding to a pressure chamber forming position and injects ink inside the pressure chamber through the nozzles by deformingly energizing the diaphragm, wherein the diaphragm and ink injection energy generating part are formed using a thin film forming technology.
