Abstract:
Provided is an ink which is used for the purpose of producing an electronic component with use of a screen printing method, and which is capable of drawing fine lines with high accuracy by screen printing, while enabling continuous screen printing.
An ink for screen printing according to the present invention contains surface-modified silver nanoparticles (A) described below and a solvent (B) described below, while having a viscosity of 60 Pa·s or more (at 25°C at the shear rate of 10 (1/s).
Surface-modified silver nanoparticles (A): to have a configuration wherein the surfaces of silver nanoparticles are covered with a protective agent containing an amine
Solvent (B): to contain at least a terpene-based solvent and to set the content of solvents having a boiling point of less than 130°C to 20% by weight or less relative to the total amount of all solvents
