Abstract:
Provided are an inkjet coating device and an inkjet coating method with which the formation of streaks in a coating film can be suppressed even when nozzles with discharge failure occur. Specifically, the present invention is an inkjet coating device that forms a coating film on a substrate by ink being supplied in a set coating amount to a predetermined set impact position on the substrate while moving a coating unit and a stage relatively in a specific direction, wherein: the coating unit is provided with a main nozzle unit having a plurality of nozzles and a sub-nozzle unit at least having nozzles corresponding to the nozzle positions of the main nozzle unit when viewed in a specific direction; the impact position to which the main nozzle unit discharges and the impact position to which the sub-nozzle unit discharges are set to the same set impact position; and ink is supplied in a set coating amount by ink being discharged to the set impact position once each by the main nozzle unit and the sub-nozzle unit.
