Abstract:
Disclosed are: an angular velocity sensor which comprises a perovskite complex oxide (NaxBiy)TiO0.5x+1.5y+2-BaTiO3 layer and is capable of determining an accurate angular velocity; an inkjet head which is capable of ejecting an accurate amount of an ink; and a piezoelectric power generating element which is capable of generating power by a positive piezoelectric effect. Specifically, a piezoelectric film that comprises a first electrode, a piezoelectric layer and a second electrode is used. The first electrode comprises an electrode layer that has the (001) orientation, and the piezoelectric layer comprises an (NaxBiy)TiO0.5x+1.5y+2-BaTiO3 layer (0.30 ≤ x ≤ 0.46 and 0.51 ≤ y ≤ 0.62) that has the (001) orientation.
