Abstract:
A nozzle plate (21) of an inkjet head (1) has: a connection part (212) which is connected with a pressure chamber; a nozzle (211) which is connected with the connection part (212), and which discharges, to the outside, ink that flows in from the pressure chamber via the connection part (212) because of a change in volume of the pressure chamber caused by an actuator; and a circulation flow passage part (213) for circulating undischarged ink. The connection part (212) has at least one tapered wall (212a). The tapered wall (212a) is tilted so as to cause the opening area of the connection part (212) to be increasingly smaller toward the nozzle (211) side from the pressure chamber side. The circulation flow passage part (213) is provided to the nozzle plate (21) so as to penetrate the at least one tapered wall (212a), and is connected with the connection part (212).
