Abstract:
The objective of the invention is, when textile printing is performed, to suppress generation of a moire fringe without deteriorating workability.
Provided is an inkjet printer (1) comprising: a head unit (2); an inkjet head (3) mounted on the head unit (2); a drive mechanism (4) for moving the head unit (2) in a scanning direction (S); a conveyance mechanism (5) for conveying a fabric material (M) in a conveyance direction (F); and a control unit (6). The control unit (6) controls the conveyance mechanism (5) to convey the fabric material (M) in the conveyance direction (F) in such a manner that an amount of conveyance of the fabric material (M) in the conveyance direction (F) is varied for each scan within a range in which the resolution does not change.
