Abstract:
Provided is an ink for use in manufacturing electronic components via inkjet printing, the ink being capable of stably maintaining silver nanoparticle dispersibility for extended periods, even in the presence of oxygen, and can be sintered to obtain a sintered body exhibiting superior electrical conductivity. The ink according to the present invention is an inkjet printing ink containing surface-modified silver nanoparticles (A) and a dispersant (B), wherein: (A) is surface-modified silver nanoparticles constituted by silver nanoparticles surface-coated with an amine-containing protective agent; the (A) content (in terms of elemental silver) is at least 30 weight% with respect to the total weight of the ink; (B) contains (b-1) a secondary alcohol and/or a tertiary alcohol, and (b-2) a hydrocarbon; and the total (b-1) and (b-2) content is at least 70 weight% with respect to the total weight of (B).
