Abstract:
Provided are a printing-lamination inline system and method suitable for small-quantity production of packages having a variety of types of package design applied thereto, said system and method being configured such that production having inline inkjet printing and lamination can occur. The printing-lamination inline system has: a first web-shaped base material supply unit that supplies a first web-shaped base material; a single-pass inkjet printer that performs aqueous inkjet printing on the first web-shaped base material; an adhesive coating unit that coats an adhesive on the first web-shaped base material having the aqueous inkjet printing thereupon; a second web-shaped base material supply unit that supplies a second web-shaped base material so as to be adhered to the first web-shaped base material; a lamination unit that laminates the first web-shaped base material and the second web-shaped base material; and an aging box that ages the laminated laminate film.
