Abstract:
The present invention forms an image on the surface of an aqueous medium-absorbing print medium (fabric) by discharging two or more kinds of ink comprising an aqueous medium and a colorant in a single scan of an inkjet head over a fabric. The ink is discharged after humidifying the surface of the fabric, prior to discharging ink on the fabric, to a degree that corresponds to the wetting that results from ink discharge.
