Abstract:
In the present invention, a base frame that supports head modules is provided with a first storage means (base frame memory (110)) in which is stored information on the position of a support reference point of the head modules. The head modules are provided with a second storage means (head module memory (120)) in which is stored information on the position of nozzles which are provided to the head modules. An inkjet recording device is provided with a third storage means (storage device (106)) in which is stored information on the position of the nozzles of each head module on the base frame. When a head module is replaced, on the basis of the information stored in the first storage means, the information stored in the second storage means, and the information stored in the third storage means, a position correction information generation means (controller (100)) generates position correction information used for attaching a replaced head module to the proper position. On the basis of the generated information, the attachment position of the replaced head module is corrected.
