Abstract:
Provided is an inkjet recording ink containing: a polymerizable monomer (A); a polymerization initiator (B); a siloxane compound (C) including a main chain that includes a structural unit including an Si-O bond, and a side chain that includes a polymerizable group and at least one of an ethyleneoxy unit and a propyleneoxy unit, the proportion of the total number of mol of ethyleneoxy units and propyleneoxy units to the total number of mol of structural units including an Si-O bond, ethyleneoxy units, and propyleneoxy units being 30 mol% or greater; and a near-infrared-absorbing dye (D). Also provided is an inkjet recording method.
