Provided are an inner annular flame distributor (1'') and a gas stove. The inner annular flame distributor (1'') comprises a flame distributor body (2) and an upper cap (1). Multiple flame channels are formed inside the flame distributor body (2). Multiple flame holes are formed on a top portion of the upper cap (1). The multiple flame holes correspond one-to-one with the multiple flame channels. The gas stove comprises one or two burners. The burner comprises: a burner body (4''); an outer annular flame distributor (2''); and the inner annular flame distributor (1''). The inner annular flame distributor (1'') and the gas stove can favorably concentrate heat, thereby increasing heat efficiency.
