Abstract:
An inner core mold comprises: an inner core housing (4), constituted by two half
pieces and on the top of which an opening is provided; a movable sliding rod (1),
extending through the opening; a sliding sleeve (2), setting on a part of the movable
sliding rod that extends outside the inner core housing; one or more than one outer
small connecting plate/plates (5), movably connecting the sliding sleeve with
the inner walls of the two half pieces of the inner core housing; one or more than
one inner small connecting plate/plates (6,7), arranged inside the inner core
housing and movably connecting the movable sliding rod with the inner walls of
the two half pieces of the inner core housing; and one or more than one stop block/blocks
(3), blocking the sliding sleeve. The inner core mold may change its size before
and after being inserted into a packing carton for beverage and so on, thus such
phenomenon that the inner core mold damages an upper opening of a cylindrical
blank when the inner core mold is inserted into the blank or the blank is carried
out when the inner core mold is pulled out can be prevented from occurring, therefore
meeting the needs of high speed automatic production line.
