An inner drum structure and a clothing processing apparatus. The inner drum structure comprises: an inner drum body (1) and a raised rib (2), the raised rib (2) being arranged on an inner wall of the inner drum body (1) and, together with the inner wall of the inner drum body (1), defining an accommodating cavity; the inner drum body (1) having disposed thereon a water outlet (13), the water outlet (13) being located in an area of the inner wall of the inner drum body (1) which area is covered by the raised rib (2); the raised rib (2) having disposed thereon a water inlet (21), the water inlet (21) being respectively communicated with the accommodating cavity and with an inner cavity of the inner drum body (1); the accommodating cavity having disposed therein a flow guide structure (3), the flow guide structure (3) being used for guiding to the water outlet (13) water entering the accommodating cavity from the water inlet (21), thus ensuring that during a drainage operation water cannot remain in the inner drum body (1), thereby improving the drainage effect.
