Abstract:
An inner pot assembly (100) and a cooking utensil. The inner pot assembly (100) comprises: an inner pot (10) comprising a pot body (12) and a containing bin (14) formed in the pot body (12); a steamer (30) detachably provided in the inner pot (10) in a sleeved mode; and a driving member (50), at least part of the driving member (50) being connected into the containing bin (14) in a sealed and matched mode and controlled to drive the steamer (30) to ascend and descend with respect to the inner pot (10). The inner pot assembly (100) is provided in an outer pot (210) in a sleeved mode; when being used for cooking, the inner pot assembly (100) can be energized to heat water in the inner pot (10) to cook rice, and the steamer (30) can be driven by the driving member (50) to ascend with respect to the bottom wall of the inner pot (10) after cooking is conducted for a period of time, so that rice grains in the steamer (30) are separated from rice soup in the inner pot (10), the starch content in the rice grains is reduced, and finally, desugared rice is obtained. The inner pot assembly (100) is simple in structure, the driving member (50) is directly assembled on the inner pot (10) to drive the steamer (30) to ascend and descend; the outer pot (210) is designed in a conventional mode without needing to make too much change, the desugared rice can also be made even if the inner pot assembly (100) is assembled in the conventional outer pot (210), the convenience of making the desugared rice is greatly improved, and the universality of the inner pot assembly (100) is improved.
