Abstract:
AN inner sleeve of flat extrusion container includes a ring of inner sleeve(301), an upper insert (302) and a lower insert (303), said ring of inner sleeve (301) is located in a middle sleeve (102) of the flat extrusion container, said upper insert (302) and said lower insert (303) are located respectively on the inner wall of said ring of inner sleeve(301), said upper insert (302) and lower insert (303) form an inner sleeve working chamber (304) of the flat extrusion container. The arc surfaces of two inserts (302, 303) are engaged with the arc inner wall of the ring of inner sleeve (301), the stress distributing at the intersection of the flat surface of the inner sleeve working chamber (304) and the arc surface of the inner sleeve working chamber (304) is improved. When the flat extrusion container works, the inserts (302, 303) move up or down slightly by inner press, making a circumferential elastic deformation, thus, a resisting power corresponding to a peak value stress in the container is caused. The flat extrusion container of the invention can transfers equally a concentrative inner stress to the ring of inner sleeve (301), reducing the peak value stress of the dangerous section, realizing a cylinder distributing of the stress of flat extrusion container, thus, the stress borne by the ring of inner sleeve (301) is distributed equally, so, increasing the service life of the flat extrusion container.
