Abstract:
This invention is in relation with the innovation on the frame work mechanism, which contains the carrier steel tube (1), the canopy carrier tube (1.1), the central joint (2), the back support profiles (3), the spring (3.1), the joint powering screw - gear box (4), the sun shade opening closing drum (5) and the sun shade inclination pinion gear and has been developed in order to increase the durability and the functionality and to provide for the aesthetical look of the sun shades.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. This invention is an innovation for the frame work mechanism of the side pole sun shades, its characteristic is the fact that it has carrier steel tube (1), canopy carrier tube (1.1.), central joint (2), back support profiles (3), spring (3.1.), joint powering screw - gear box (4), sun shade opening closing drum (5) and canopy inclination pinion gear (6).

2. The back support profiles (3), which are mentioned in the request 1 , their characteristic are the fact that they contain two telescopic profiles, which slide into each other and two springs (3.1) inside, which provide the sun shade to stay at the required angle.

3. The canopy inclination pinion gear (6), which is mentioned in the request 1, its characteristic is the fact that it is situated on the central joint (2) and the pinion (6) can be moved with the gears and hence the inclination can be provided for the tube (1.1), which carries the canopy, and the angle can be fixed with the toothed tube inside of the pinion (6).

4. The canopy inclination gear (6), which is mentioned in request 3, its characteristic is the fact that it moves its pinion with the gear inside and it is the part that is situated on the carrier tube (1.1), which carries the canopy part.

5. The innovation for the frame work of the side pole sun shades, which is mentioned in the request 1 , its characteristic is the fact that the screw (4) moves the central joint (2) with the spring (3.1), which is inside of the support profiles (3) for the required position of the sun shade

6. The innovation for the frame work of the side pole sun shades, which is mentioned in the request 1 , its characteristic is the fact that the carrier tube (1) is made with the joint and the materials that are used in relation to this are the pinion (6) system that is used for the inclination of the sun shade and the toothed tube for the fixation and the rotation system on the foot system.

INNOVATION ON THE FRAMEWORK MECHANISM OF THE SIDE POLE

SUNSHADES

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention has been developed in order to increase the durability and the functionality and to provide for the aesthetical look of the sun shades and it is in relation with the innovation on the framework mechanism, which is used for the sun shades.

STATE OF THE ART

The carrier tube that is used currently for the lamp type sun shades, stretches out from the center over the sun shade cloth towards the outer sideways and reach to the ground. The plastic centers, which centers the aluminum profiles inside the sun shade, are tied to the drum on the tube situated at the side of the sun shade with the help of the steel ropes. The sun shade open and close by winding and unwinding the rope over the drum at this place. The rope, which moves out of the centre of the sun shade gets effected in great deal from the outside factors and the corrosion is usually observed. This reduces the life of the rope and therefore the use of the sun shade.

Additionally, the fact that the carrier tube is manufactured out of aluminum fully reduces the durability of the lamp type sun shade with the size that it is in question. This situation, however, results in the break or twist of the carrier tube of the sun shade.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relives the disadvantages that have been mentioned above and its characteristics change the use and the durability of the sun shade in full and increase them. For this reason, full modification has been carried out on the carrier system of the sun shade. Movement has been provided for the carrier tube of the sun shade with the sheet metal joint, the telescopic support, the spring and the pinion system. The materials that are used are replaced with the steel ones and therefore the durability has been increased. In addition, the use of it as an standard sun shade has been increased as well as its possibility to be changed to the lamp type sun shade position. The opening principle of the sun shade has been protected basically and the change has been provided as the carrier stays under the sun shade cloth when the sun shade is in the open position. Therefore, the steel rope that opens the sun shade stays inside of the pole. With this way it is kept outside of the effects of the atmosphere as much as possible.

A pinion r slide gear has been added on the carrier tube, which is under the sun shade in order to increase the shade angle of the sun shade. This pinion is fixed directly on the tube, where the plastic centers that provide for the opening of the sun shade are attached and provides for the sun shade a inclination angle in relation to the direction of the sun or in relation to the area of use upon request. This situation increases the functionality of the sun shade in the maximum degree and provide an aesthetic look.

Additionally, a foot adaptor, which provide for easy rotation over the concrete stand that is situated under the sun shade that is with the size in question. The rotation of the sun shade towards the required direction can also be provided from the foot part of the sun shade.

The invention provides ease of use in the sector that is used for the point of view of its functionality. Additionally, since it is durable and has wide ranging application field, it should be preferred frequently.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

This invention contains the steel tube (1), the canopy carrier tube (1.1.), the central joint (2), the back support profiles (3), the spring (3.1. ), the joint powering screw - gear box (4), the sun shade opening closing drum (5) and the canopy inclination pinion gear (6).

The product that is the subject of the invention contains multi parts, where each one is designed specially. The functionality has been further increased with the canopy inclination pinion gear (6).

The opening drum (5) has been placed inside of the central joint (2) for the opening of the sun shade. The steel rope, which is wound on the drum (5), opens the sun shade. When the sun shade have the look of the standard sun shade when it opened, with the movement of the central joint drum (2), the sun shade look change to the lamp type sun shade model look.

The screw (4), which moves the central joint (2), provides for the sun shade to stay at the required angle and for this movement to take place two pieces of spring (3.1) have been added inside of the support profiles (3). By this way, the angle of the sun shade can be changed easily even when it is open position. The support profiles (3) contain two telescopic profiles which slide inside each other. They slide inside each other when the sun shade is in standard form. Inclination can be provided for the sun shade by turning the joint powering gear si (4).

The inclination of the canopy on the other hand can be provided with the pinion, which is situated just above the central joint (2) and with the gear handle (6). An angle is provided for the tube (1.1) that carries the canopy section by turning the pinion gears (6) and later the angle is fixed by tightening the toothed tube over the pinion (6). The use of the sun shade is provided according to the angle of the sun during every time of the day with the inclination of the canopy and the inclination of the carrier tube (1).
