Abstract:
Inorganic material combination reinforced, heat-resistant biodegradable masterbatch pellets and its preparation are disclosed, and the subject matter belongs to the field of polymer materials. In order to broaden the application area of plastic products, the biodegradable masterbatch pellets are used and comprise 30~60% by weight of biodegradable resin, 15~40% by weight of a combination of inorganic materials, 15~40% by weight of plant starch, 0.5~2% by weight of a surface-treating agent, 5~20% by weight of a plasticizer, 1~3% by weight of a thermal stabilizer, and 0.5~3% by weight of an antioxidant.The method for preparing the masterbatch pellets comprises the steps of: modifying a combination of two or more inorganic materials; modifying starch; mixing one biodegradable resin or two biodegradable resins with the modified combination of inorganic materials and pelleting them; charging the pellets and the modified starch in a proportion by weight into a high speed mixer and mixing them uniformly, and then pelleting. The embodiments of subject matter widen the application area of these products, reduce the costs of articles prepared therefrom by 30~60%, as well as improve the heat resistance of the articles, increase the strength of them, and promote the production efficiency of them.
