Abstract:
A process for producing monodisperse inorganic nanoparticles of narrow particle diameter distribution; semiconductor nanoparticles of narrow particle diameter distribution realizing a high luminance and an emission spectrum of narrow half-value width; and a biosubstance labeling agent utilizing the inorganic nanoparticles. There is provided a process for producing monodisperse inorganic nanoparticles of narrow particle diameter distribution, characterized in that the inorganic nanoparticles synthesized by vapor-phase method or liquid-phase method are classified by the use of size selective precipitation method.
