Abstract:
In order to efficiently produce an inorganic plate having high surface smoothness
and a good decorative layer, an inorganic plate A is produced by integrally forming
a front surface layer (1), which contains 10-70% by weight of a fine inorganic
fiber having a length of not more than 1 mm, 10-50% by weight of a light-weight aggregate
having a particle size of not more than 500 μm, 10-70% by weight of an inorganic
powder and 3-10% by weight of a binder, on a back surface layer (2), which contains
1-10% by weight of an inorganic fiber having a length of 3-15 mm, 10-70% by weight
of a light-weight aggregate, 10-70% by weight of an inorganic powder and 5-15%
by weight of a binder.
