The present application relates to the technical field of terminals, and discloses an input device connection method, a device, and a system, capable of reducing the operation complexity when information is input to multiple devices and improving input efficiency. In the present application, a same input device can freely switch a focus device among multiple terminal devices. Before and after the focus device is switched, the input device can maintain communication connections with multiple terminal devices at the same time, and interacts information with a non-focus device on the basis of a communication connection background between the input device and the non-focus device. On the basis of the solution disclosed by the present application, the input device can implement seamless focus migration among multiple terminal devices on the basis of convenient operation of a user, without depending on a wireless local area network (WLAN), thereby ensuring that interface display is not jammed during switching, and achieving the effect of cross-device seamless connection of the input device.
