Abstract:
Provided are an input device, an input method, and an input program wherein input data corresponding to an operation status of a virtual operation member can be appropriately determined. In an input device for determining input data corresponding to the movement of the hand operating at least one virtual operation member, with respect to each operation status including a normal operation wherein the time that the operation member is continuously operated is equal to or lower than a threshold value, an initiation operation for initiating a continuing operation wherein the operation member is continuously operated for a time longer than the threshold value, and a release operation for stopping the continuing operation, detection data which includes input timing indicating the time that the operation member is operated by hand and is the data within an acquisition period having a first predetermined length, is associated with allocation data, and stored as learning data in a storage means (S160). The detection data in the acquisition period is compared with the learning data of each operation status stored in the storage means, and the allocation data corresponding to the detection data is determined as input data (S210).
