An input device (100) for use in a smart terminal, and a smart terminal. The input device (100) is detachably connected to the smart terminal, and comprises a first operating part (11), a second operating part (12) and a third operating part (13) which are connected successively. The first operating part (11) and the third operating part (13) clamp the smart terminal therebetween, and the second operating part (12) is covered under the smart terminal. The first operating part (11) comprises a joy stick, the second operating part (12) comprises a keyboard, and the third operating part (13) comprises a mouse. The input device has multiple functions such as a keyboard, a mouse and a joy stick, and can be clamped at two ends of a smart terminal for use as a whole and can also be disassembled for separate use; shooting aiming is conducted by the mouse for precise manipulation, and touch control and selection is conducted by many operating buttons on the keyboard, blind operation is convenient, ensuring that, in a game, actions are agile and quick and are accurate, and there is a good field of view.
