Abstract:
This input device has: an insulation layer; a plurality of first resistance parts arranged in parallel on one side of the insulation layer, the longitudinal direction of said parts having a first direction; a plurality of second resistance parts arranged in parallel on the other side of the insulation layer, the longitudinal direction of said parts having a second direction that intersects with the first direction; and a pair of electrodes, each of which is provided at either end of each of the first and second resistance parts. When the first and second resistance parts are pressed, the resistance values between the pair of electrodes for the first and second resistance parts continuously change in accordance with the magnitude of the pressing force.
