Abstract:
In the present invention, a light-guide plate guides light from a light source and causes an image to be formed in a space. A sensor detects an object in the space that includes the position at which the image is formed. On the basis of sensor output, a controller acquires, as an input parameter, at least one of the following: the track of a plurality of positions at which the object was detected; the continuous time for which the object was detected; and the number of times the object was detected. On the basis of the input parameter, the controller identifies an input pattern in accordance with the movement of the object and outputs a signal in accordance with the identified input pattern.
