Abstract:
This inside-diameter measurement device is provided with the following: a measurement platform (2) that moves in a straight line; measurement mounts (3, 4), provided at the front and back of said measurement platform with respect to the movement direction thereof, on which a tube (7) being measured is placed; a measurement head (11) supported at the tip of a support member (9) that extends in a direction parallel to the movement direction of the measurement platform; a first laser distance-measuring device (12) that is provided along the movement path of the measurement platform and performs distance measurement in two perpendicular directions; and a second laser distance-measuring device (13). The measurement mounts are capable of adjusting the horizontal and vertical positions at which the tube being measured is supported. The measurement head measures the inside diameter of the tube being measured when inserted therein. Reference outside surfaces are formed at at least two lengthwise positions along the tube being measured. The first and second laser distance-measuring devices measure distances to said two reference outside surfaces, and the measurement mounts adjust the positions at which the tube being measured is supported so as to minimize the distances to the aforementioned two positions as measured by the first and second laser distance-measuring devices.
