Disclosed is an inside door handle device equipped with: a handle base (10) affixed to an inner panel that forms the door interior of an automobile; an aperture (11) comprised of a through-hole formed on one side of the handle base (10); an operation concave part (12) that has a concave shape and is arranged adjacent to the aperture (11) on the other side of the handle base (10); stationary parts (17) formed on the operation concave part (12) and affixed to the inner panel; a handle main body (20), the base end side of which is slidably supported in the aperture (11) by a handle support part (14a), and at the tip end side of which a gripping part (22) is urged and held on the operation concave part (12); and a support beam (13), which is provided projecting into the aperture (11), bent into an L-shape, and formed in a shape of a simply supported beam.
