Abstract:
An insole (1) that is inserted into the bottom of a shoe (40) is provided with a flexible inner sole board (2) that is inserted into an insole insertion space (30). The surface shape of the inner sole board (2) is a flat surface wherein a curved surface (31), on the side of the wearer's sole in the three-dimensional shape of the insole insertion space, is expanded linearly by extension of the length along the curved surface in the length and width directions. The shape of the back surface of the inner sole board (2) is configured to be an uneven surface wherein a length (D) in the vertical direction from a point on the aforementioned flat surface that is an extension of the aforementioned sole-side curved surface to the back surface (4) is a length (H) in the normal line direction from a point on the sole-side surface (31) of the insole insertion space (30) that corresponds to said point on the flat surface to the back surface. Since the surface (3) is a flat surface, cutting can be simplified. During use, the unevenness of the back surface (4) flexes and deforms along the inside bottom wall (41) of the shoe (40) due to the wearer's weight, filling in gaps in the unevenness of the sole surface (50) and supporting the foot.
