Abstract:
The present invention relates to an insole (1) and to a heel (2), and it is characterized in that both are single assemblies, in that the insole (1) has a peg provided with ribs (5), teeth (7) and a tapered tip (11), in that the heel has a hole, grooves (6), channels (8) and a bore (10), and in that the peg and the hole are press-fitted together, fastening to one another, the invention also relating to a process for fastening between insole (1) and heel (2).
