Abstract:

[Problem] To provide an insole with which it is possible to stably transfer the strength of the top of the toes to the shoe bottom, and to build muscles of the toes and the sole of the foot. [Solution] The insole is provided with: an insole body 4 that can be placed on the inner bottom of a shoe; a front pin 14 attached to a toe-side front part of the insole body 4; and a top-side support member 16 which is disposed on the end of the front pin on the side opposite to the insole body 4, and which extends in a front-rear direction from the toe-side to the heel side with respect to the front pin 14. The insole is characterized in that the top-side support member satisfies the relationship SL ≤ KL, where SL is the length from the center of a part contacting the front pin to a toe-side tip-end part, and KL is the length from the center of the part contacting the front pin to a heel-side end part.
