Abstract:
Disclosed is an insole (40) comprising a substrate (401). The substrate (401) comprises a front face (4011) and a back face (4015), and a plurality of columnar protrusions (403) having the same height are provided uniformly on the front face (4011) thereof. Each of the columnar protrusions (403) comprises a post (4031). The post (4031) is fixed on the substrate (401). The height of the post (4031) protruding from the substrate (401) is 1-7 mm. The distribution ratio of the columnar protrusions (403) on the substrate (401) is 30% - 70%.
