Abstract:
Disclosed is an insole to be inserted into a shoe so as to contact the sole of a wearer. The insole comprises a foot arch portion formed to correspond to the arch of the sole of the wearer. An arch support is attached to the rear surface of the foot arch portion. The center of the arch support has a threaded hole, and a height adjustment screw is fastened into the threaded hole. The height of the arch support is adjusted by the length of the height adjustment screw protruding from the threaded hole.
