Abstract:
An insole with a pressing heat generating system comprises an insole body (1), a pressing electricity generating module (2), flexible conductive sheet bodies (3) and a resistor heating chip (4), wherein the pressing electricity generating module (2), the flexible conductive sheet bodies (3) and the resistor heating chip (4) are arranged in the insole body (1) and electrically connected with each other to form a loop. The pressing electricity generating module (2) is located on the heel portion of the insole body (1), can receive pressure to generate electric energy and comprises a first conductive layer body (21), a first chemical compound crystal layer (22), a second conductive layer body (23) and a second chemical compound crystal layer (24). An insulating sheet layer body (25) surrounding the exterior of the first chemical compound crystal layer (22) is arranged between the first conductive layer body (21) and the second conductive layer body (23). The first conductive layer body (21) and the second chemical compound crystal layer (24) are electrically connected with the flexible conductive sheet bodies (3) respectively and correspondingly. The resistor heating chip (4) is a surface-mounted component, is electrically connected between the free ends of the two flexible conductive sheet bodies (3) through surface mount technology, and is located on the half sole of the insole body (1). The insole with the pressing heat generating system can keep the feet warm effectively and safely, and make a customer walk more comfortably in a low-temperature climate.
