Abstract:
An insole 10 comprises a medial part 20 for supporting a medial longitudinal arch of a foot, a lateral part 30 for supporting a lateral longitudinal arch of the foot, and a connecting part 40 for connecting the medial part 20 with the lateral part 30 and supporting a heel. The insole 10 comprises an opening 50 between the medial part 20 and the lateral part 30, and at least one of a medial inclined surface 21 and a lateral inclined surface 31, the medial inclined surface 21 being provided on the medial part 20 and configured to guide a rotated subtalar joint to an intermediate position, the lateral inclined surface 31 being provided on the lateral part 30 and configured to guide a transverse tarsal joint to an intermediate position.
