Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an insole that can effectively prevent hallux valgus even when wearing a shoe having a heel section that places the heel higher than a toe section when worn. [Solution] An insole in which a heel configured to raise the heel higher than the toe when worn is fixed to a back surface side, an upper is fixed to a front surface side, and an outsole is fixed to the back surface side, the insole comprising: a treading part support section that supports a treading part of a user's foot; an arch accommodating section continuous with the treading part support section, having a slope rising toward a rear end section, and accommodating the arch of the user's foot; and a heel support section continuous with the arch accommodating section. The heel support section has a recess that wraps around the user's heel.
