Abstract:
An insole, comprising an insole main body (1). Reinforcing belts (3) are provided on the front side of the insole main body (1); the reinforcing belts (3) surround and crisscross the insole main body (1); a round hole (4) is formed in a heel position of the insole main body (1); an arch position of the insole main body (1) is in the shape of a three-dimensional (3D) arch; fins (2) are provided on the edges of the insole main body (1); the fins (2) are thin in edges and arc-shaped upwards; and the arch-shaped radian height of the insole main body (1) is 15+/-10 mm. The insole main body (1) and the reinforcing belts (3) are made of a nylon carbon fiber material by means of integral injection, and have a thickness of 2.5-10 mm and a hardness of 30-100 D; the radian height, of one side inside a foot, of the fins (2) on two sides of the insole main body (1) is 19.5+/-10 mm, and the radian height of one side outside the foot is 16.0+/-10 mm; heat dissipation holes (5) are formed between gaps of the reinforcing belts (3); and sweat absorbing holes are formed in the fins (2). According to the solution, when a heel pad is pressed, the heel pad is not easy to separate from the insole main body, such that the service life of the insole can be prolonged.
