Abstract:
Provided are an inspection apparatus whereby inspection precision pertaining to inspection for mixing of different products through use of spectroscopic analysis can be enhanced, a PTP packaging machine, and a method for manufacturing a PTP sheet. An inspection apparatus 22 is provided with an illumination device capable of radiating near-infrared light to a tablet 5 loaded into a pocket part 2 of a conveyed container film 3, and an imaging device 53 capable of spectrally diffracting reflected near-infrared light reflected from the tablet 5 and capturing a spectral image of the reflected light, and the inspection apparatus 22 acquires spectral data at a plurality of points on the tablet 5 on the basis of the spectral image captured by the imaging device 53, selects a central value for each wavelength for the spectral data of the plurality of points, performs predetermined analysis processing for the table 5 on the basis of central value spectral data constituted from the central values selected for each wavelength, and inspects for mixing of different products.
