Abstract:
Provided is an inspection chip that improves measurement accuracy. In this inspection chip (2), a transparent synthetic resin plate (20) having a prescribed depth serves as a main body. A liquid flow path (25) is formed in the plate (2), and is a recessed part formed to a prescribed depth in the front surface and the back surface of the plate (2). A specimen (17), a first reagent (18) and a second reagent (19) enclosed in the inspection chip (2) can flow through the liquid flow path (25). The liquid flow path (25) comprises reagent-quantifying flow paths (13, 15), a specimen-quantifying flow path (11), a connecting flow path (180), and measurement parts (80A, 80B). The measurement parts (80A, 80B) are arranged in a row in the front-back direction. The connecting flow path (180) is connected to the measurement parts (80A, 80B). The area of a division surface that divides the measurement parts (80A, 80B) from each other in the front-back direction is smaller than the area of a division surface that divides the connecting flow path (180) in the front-back direction.
