Abstract:
An inspection device (20) for a hydraulic machine, wherein a hydraulic circuit (21) includes a branch valve (33). An optical detection unit (24) has an inspection oil passage (41) connected to the branch valve (33) and provided with an inspection filter (45) that collects abrasion powder. A control unit (25) operates the branch valve (33) and supplies oil to the inspection oil passage (41). The optical detection unit (24) has a first contamination sensor (42) and a second contamination sensor (43). The first contamination sensor (42) is arranged on the upstream side of the inspection filter (45) and detects abrasion powder. The second contamination sensor (43) is arranged on the downstream side of the inspection filter (45) and detects abrasion powder.
