Abstract:

Provided is an inspection device, etc. that makes it possible to attain a considerable reduction in labor and time needed for verification, an improvement in convenience relating to verification, etc. An inspection device 51 includes an integrity determining means that determines the integrity of a portion being inspected by detecting, from an image acquired by an imaging means, whether or not any defect is present in the portion being inspected by using a preset luminance threshold. The inspection device 51 includes: a verification-image creating unit 55 that creates a verification image by disposing a virtual defect image in an integrity image determined as having integrity by the integrity determining means; and a threshold verification unit 56 that causes the integrity determining means to determine the integrity of the portion being inspected in the verification image by using the verification image and that verifies the luminance threshold on the basis of the result of the determination. The luminance of the defect image is set with reference to the luminance of a portion where the defect image is disposed in the integrity image.
