Abstract:
An inspection equipment condition monitoring system (100) comprises: a fluid property sensor (10) for detecting a property of an inspection fluid, the fluid property sensor (10) being provided in inspection equipment (5) which performs an inspection by supplying and discharging the inspection fluid to and from a hydraulic cylinder (1) that is being inspected and that is sequentially replaced, thereby causing the hydraulic cylinder (1) to operate; a replacement timing acquisition unit (33) for acquiring a timing at which the hydraulic cylinder (1) was replaced; and an identifying unit (34) which, if a detected value from the fluid property sensor (10) has changed so as to exceed a prescribed value, identifies the hydraulic cylinder (1) corresponding to the time of the change on the basis of a result acquired by the replacement timing acquisition unit (33).
