This inspection plan creation support system comprises: a server (3); and a facility-measuring device that is communicable with the server (3), measures an operating state of a facility, and transmits operating data that is the result of the measurement to the server (3). The server (3) comprises an aging information processing unit (333) that calculates an aging score, which is information indicating a level of deterioration of the facility, on the basis of facility specification information about the specification of the facility, facility operating information indicating the operating state of the facility and comprising the operating data, facility importance information for evaluating a facility that has sustained significant damage when a facility has failed, and facility maintenance information regarding facility maintenance of the facility. The server (3) comprises: an inspection plan processing unit (334) that generates inspection request information for requesting that inspection work be performed on the facility, on the basis of the aging score; and a communication unit that communicates with an external device of the server (3).
