Abstract:
Provided is an inspection system having excellent cleaning properties, that determines the acceptability of an object to be weighed, using the weight detected by a weighing conveyor, and apportions the object to be weighed by operating a latter stage apportion device, on the basis of the determination results. The inspection system (1) comprises a weight inspection device (20), the apportion device (30), and a frame (52). The weight inspection device has the weighing conveyor (21) that conveys the object (P) to be weighed and a load cell that weighs the object to be weighed conveyed by the weighing conveyor. The weight inspection device inspects the object to be weighed, using the weighing results from the load cell. The apportion device has: an apportion conveyor (31) arranged on the downstream side of the weighing conveyor; a movable member (40a) that comes in contact with the object to be weighed conveyed by the apportion conveyor and changes the progress direction of the object to be weighed; and a cylinder that drives such that the movable member is caused to come in contact with the object to be weighed, on the basis of the inspection results of the weight inspection device. The frame supports the weighing conveyor, the load cell, and the movable member.
